We booked a “3 bedroom suite” with no explanation that this was a random 3 bedroom Apartment in a 41 floor apartment complex accessed by back of the way very very odd elevators at this location. The room had clearly Not been used in quite some Time and was in rough shape. Would not Stay here again.

Construction to main entrance is going on but signs everywhere and staff is very helpful. Mike, my bellman, took me exactly where I needed to go.

Overall great property just stayed during renovations. Im also use to staying at the doubletree and they give you complimentary cookies. I had 2 reservations and wasn't offered anything. Maybe it was due to the renovations
