The person that checked us in says that our room isn’t ready even though it was almost 3pm and that if we signed up for Hilton reward she could give us another room for free, which she gave us two queens instead of our king. The room had a broken toilet, so we had to get another room. And she didn’t even give us cookies.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Lobby was nice, room was musty, shower was very strong and power control didn’t work, couch was dirty, microwave was showing error codes, Wi-Fi couldn’t even play streams from their smart tv. Breakfast was expensive for standard fare.
