Seemed quite clean. Front desk staff was excellent and very helpful. Restaurant staff was very good. Food at the lobby area restaurant was quite good but a little pricey. Room was fine, not great. We do not care for the ever prevalent duvets. Bathroom good, although shower floor was a bit slippery.

The stay was okay no major complaints, there were a couple broken items I addressed that was discovered when entering the room since a deposit is required and they quickly responded and said they will communicate to staff the importantance in checking rooms before booking the next guest.

i would rate this hotel a 10/10 however the staff was extremely rude to me during my stay. I came for F1 weekend and when we came back to our hotel sunday evening we noticed no one had come in and serviced our room (i.e.- made the bed, took the trash, took the dirty towels and replaced them with clean towels.) so i called the front desk to explain to them that its okay that they missed our room but we really need towels. They took one hour to give us towel making us miss our dinner reservations and when someone finally showed up she was literally yelling at me for asking for towels; even though it was their fault we didnt have any. Great hotel, horrible staff
