it was good stay but basically a hotel room with a ok view of the ocean.bring toilet paper.and might have to wash towels if yo stay a few days.kitchen was good have. the onsite guest relations is a b .she would not talk to me about my door not locking .because I had brought down a bug I had .they call palmetto bug .aka roach. they came and put traps down ,we didn't see anymore.but when I brought the bug down the woman said I was rude. I was not.i put the bag in her trash and left.b told me to talk to the girl on her left about my door when I had to come back next day .security seemed on high alert and showed more presence than usual places we like to stay.wont be back

Great Place To Stay

The room was very clean, the beds were great, large TV and new appliances in the kitchen. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. The hotel was given bad reviews, and I was a little nervous about staying there. They were wrong! The staff was friendly, and the pool and beach were better than expected with good security throughout the hotel The hotel is somewhat outdated BUT it is not a 4 Seasons or a The Ritz Carlton it is a RAMADA . There are gift shops for anything you forgot and a little Italian restaurant in the lower level and a Tiki bar by the pool serving decent food. You can walk to a Publix about a half mile away and some great restaurant's a bit farther There is also bus service that runs along Collins Ave North & South. I had a great vacation for a reasonable price. Thanks Patricia and don't give my dates away for next year I plan on coming back.

Cheapest stay on the beach

That's exactly it! It's the cheapest plase to stay on the beach. But the place old and run down. The bathtub was old, scratched and no plug. View was the disgusting roof and a slice of the beach. Theres a $20/night resort fee that they dont tell you about plus $30 day parking!

I think it was a great location for a family. Restaurants are hard find . Hotel staff won't help with nothing cause they don't own the room. Valet parking was very slow and rude. One of the girls at the Valet, thanked God when she saw us leaving out loud. All and all the place is great place to stay if you plan on staying at the hotel the whole time and ordering out.

Unit is run down. Kitchen floor tiles were cracked. There was rust on the lights. We did not receive any linen service unless we paid extra. Small hot plate took greater to heat up. Pool and beach were nice. Unit should not be rented without some updates.

Great location

Located on the beach. Also a nice pool with free lounges and towels. Room is clean and all amenities are provided. Room had 2 queen size beds, a fridge, microwave, hot plate, dishes, pots and pans and cutlery. Who can ask for more? I would definitely recommend this place.

Cierto que es barato pero hemos aprendido que barato en Miami no es igual que en Europa. Sucio, permanente olor a humedad, edificio en ruinas, servicios caros y malos. No lo recomiendo.
