The condo was in a great location, close to restaurants, shops etc. The condo itself was very clean, wifi worked without issues, at night it was pretty quiet (good for parents with kids). We really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms were good, clean and spacious. The view from the balcony was surreal watching the sunrise was the highlight of my day. The only issue I had was the washer and dryer in my room was not working so I had to pay for my clothes to be washed. Overall my stay was good. Would return and recommend.

The location of this condo in Miami was convenient, which is the main positive. However, the condo itself was in poor condition and not as described. It felt very tired and wasn’t properly cleaned on arrival. There were multiple issues: the front door was damaged, worn-out shower, and unsafe loose electrical sockets. The washing machine button was broken, and I received an electric shock when trying to use it, which is unacceptable. Staff did come to re-clean and fixed one of the sockets, but this didn’t make up for the overall condition. Overall, very disappointing and not up to standard.

The entire place felt old and it was not maintained. I would not recommend it to anyone. The smart lock was almost dead when I arrived and was falling halfway off in the inside. The ac unit was so loud when running that I couldn’t sleep or have a phone call. There was hair all over the place and the soap in the shower was either hand soap or body - soap on the counter said body but didn’t feel like it. Lastly, the messages from the owner/company threatening additional cost for everything was not polite. I’m a business person that travels weekly, and I understand how to leave a place.

I had a very disappointing experience staying here. The room was not clean at all — dirty sheets, bad odor, and it honestly felt like it hadn’t been properly serviced before I arrived. What made it worse was the staff. I reached out multiple times asking for help or even just a room change, and no one actually stepped in to fix the situation. I was basically left to deal with a dirty room on my own, which is completely unacceptable for a place you’re paying to stay at. Customer service was slow, unresponsive, and didn’t seem to care about the situation. I expected at least basic cleanliness and support, and I got neither. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with poor service and unclean conditions

Le mobilier était vieux et usé par le temps et les passages, le réfrigérateur était dans un état catastrophique et la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû laver tous les draps et les serviettes, le parquet était très abîmé autour du climatiseur et celui-ci était extrêmement bruyant, aucun service de ménage n'était inclus et il n'y avait ni aspirateur ni balai pour faire un peu de ménage. Bref, vous trouverez facilement mieux tout proche et dans les meme prix.
