We were in town for a cruise and had a great stay at this hotel. We were a large family and rented a few rooms. The hotel shuttles from the airport and cruise port were great and punctual. The staff were very kind. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The few family members who ate the breakfast enjoyed it also. There’s lounge and working space. This hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, stores, the airport and not too far from the cruise ports. Thank you for a great experience!

Overall property is ok but airport shuttle was terrible. They told three separate groups to be at three different spots and he blew right past and we had to run to catch him further down the line to a different door. Very poor communication. Hotel isn't bad but not very clean. Better customer service would help a ton.

We stayed here after a cruise and the experience to check in was terrible! We was told to the card we used wasn’t acceptable and had to go get a prepaid card to pay for the hold and parking just to come back and was told our card was acceptable…. Paying 500$ for 2 days and have to go through all that was CRAZY! theses folks needa learn how to do they job!
