Room was ok. I don’t think the hotel is worth the $350 ish being charged even if it is close to the airport. Checked in late at night and had to wait about 5 mins for the security to see me and inform the receptionist. The girl on the desk in the morning was great and very helpful. Great Cuban deli in walking distance.

Staff is wonderful. Free shuttle to and from Airport. Sign up for ride to cruise port for a mere 15.00. Breakfast is great and there's plenty of room in the dining and relaxing areas. Also a good place to eat (specializes in Chicken) right across the street. This is our second stay and we'll absolutely book again when going on a cruise. Thanks to the great staff.

Showed up late at night straight from the airport with toddlers to check in and was told there was no room for us. The hotel claimed the manager had called Expedia earlier that day to cancel our reservation, even though we had booked weeks in advance. I never received any cancellation email or notification, and when I contacted Expedia, they confirmed there was no record of any cancellation. We were left stranded at midnight and had to scramble to find another hotel with exhausted kids. Completely unacceptable experience and very poor customer service

Hotel was great, Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Downstairs they had breakfast and coffee available. Was attending a conference and hotel met all my needs and accomodations.

The room is dated and worn. I could see the pool from our room and the slime on the bottom of it. The maintainance workers swept it while we were there but it was still slimy. The front desk ladies were surly. The breakfast wasnt stocked during the whole published times that it was supposed to be available.

Booked a two queen room months ago for 3 adults. Got to check in to be told they only have a King suite with one King bed and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was small and less than ideal, especially since I booked so long ago. Additionally the shuttle to get picked up from the Airport took much longer than expected and each time I asked for status I was told 5 mins. The shuttle leaving the hotel was also very late and the updates were wrong

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable and lots of space to accommodate the many people eating on a Saturday morning. Karen was amazing and did a great job keeping everything flowing!

This hotel is terrible, besides the always busy reception and crowded breakfast table plus limited food supply, the most terrible thing is that I paid my room charge upon check in, however, 2 weeks after my trip, they charged me for $600+ for no reason. I sent them an email asking what’s that for and explained I already paid my room charge for the one night stay. Unfortunately, no response. I don’t know how to solve this issue. Does anyone has similar experience with me? Please, I need help!!!
