Perfect pre cruise hotel. Free shuttle from MIA to Hotel. Sign up for bus that takes you from Hotel to cruise terminal for 15.00 per person. Plenty of room in the lobby area to hang out prior to bus. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff are pleasant and make you feel welcome. Two places across the street for food and drinks, plus delivery options for pizza etc. Will definitely stay here for next cruise.

Extremely frustrating stay. After a long flight, we waited over an hour for the shuttle despite the hotel being just 7 minutes from the airport. When we contacted the front desk, the staff was rude and dismissive. Poor service and lack of professionalism.

The room was stinking with smell of damp in the room . The room was not fit to be occupied. The USB charger next to the beds weren't working. The toilet flush was broken . I guess the room needs a refurbishment before it should let out again. Very unhealthy. Very disappointed.

While the room was not exactly spotless, the staff was very friendly, couteous, and accomodating. I think the place was a bit overpriced for something that carries the Marriott name without the Marriott class.
