We are only handling your reservation of the room we don’t operate any of our suites in terms of housekeeping, check in time, room maintenance and any other issues that may arise during your stay. This is entirely the hotels responsibility.
KEEP IN MIND the hotel is currently facing unexpected elevator malfunctions, leading to prolonged wait times. While there are functioning elevators, the high occupancy of the hotel may result in longer wait times.

You are renting the total of 4 rooms that are located on the same floor . A One Bedroom Suite + a connecting Junior suite and 2 additional junior suites located side by side in the Fontainebleau nestled in the heart of Miami Beach at the most iconic, sought after luxury resort.
The one bedroom suite features a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, as well as a mini bar provided by the hotel (items in mini bar are additional cost). Enjoy a king-size bed in the master bedroom, a full size comfortable sofa bed in the living room, two full bathrooms, washer and dryer and a private balcony featuring breathtaking views that will strike you the second you enter!
The Junior suites features a kitchenette with stove top(2 burners), microwave and small fridge as well as a mini bar provided by the hotel (items in mini bar are at an additional cost). Enjoy a king-size bed and a full size comfortable sofa bed, full bathroom and a private balcony

Guest access
Guest has all access to the entire grounds of the property as well as world class restaurants, gym and the infamous LIV night club, 3 swimming pools, kids pool with playing area and jacuzzi. Beach towels and chairs are free.

Guest will check in with front desk directly. Any issues guests may contact front desk for assistance . I am also available by messenger at anytime.
Other things to note
***Early check in to the room is out of our control. ****
** Check in time is 4PM-5PM. If the hotel has the room ready before then you are free to check into the room early. If not you may still check into the hotel and use all the amenities until your room is ready. Also the hotel will hold your bags at bell hop services for you and message you once you can check into your suite.
** Some amenities may or may not be available due to city ordinances.
***Guests are responsible for housekeeping fee paid to Fontainebleau directly. There's a $670+ tax cleaning charged at check out. For daily housekeeping options please see with the hotel at check in. We do not control daily cleaning availability.
****Guests must authorize a credit card for housekeeping and resort incidentals.
