Staff was amazing and hotel is really nice and clean. Room was a little dirty & wished the pool stayed open a little later but overall this hotel and staff was great, i love this hotel and definitely will return.

We had problems with the valet parking. Make sure you drive a SMALL vehicle. We got stuck parking in a city parking lot across the street and having to re-up my parking permit every 3 hours. Front staff and valet staff was rude when talking with me about this at the desk. Breakfast options were poor. All carbs, no protein choices. Good if you like a muffin, bagel and a side of waffle/pancake and cereal. Warm options did not look that good enticing

This hotel was probably really nice at one point there are so many bandages everywhere. Lights in the bathroom flickering, sink clogged, grout dirty in main shower. Breakfast was free so apparently that means effortless.eggs both under and overcooked, sweet potatato tots smelled like straight vegetable oil, orange juice tasted cut 1:1 with water.
