It sits just minutes away downtown Coconut Grove where you will find great shopping and exquisite dinning experiences ranging from Italian to Indian to locally sourced gourmet burgers. In this centric neighborhood you are a short drive away from parks, marinas, botanical gardens, and museums.

No expense has been spared with the furnishings: where Hamptons meets Miami. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests. The Master bedroom features a king bed. The second and third bedrooms have two queen beds and two twin beds, respectively.

Beautiful property in a great location

Close to the University of Miami and situated in a upscale quiet neighborhood This house was very well presented and updated throughout. The back yard and pool is a secluded oasis. I’ll definitely book this again!!

Beautiful home but wrong location listed

This home was immaculate. Beautifully decorated, new, clean and had all the comforts needed. An incredible attention to detail. For someone who is A type, I was thrilled with the kitchen dishes, pans and an amazing blender which is typically a disappointment in rentals. The company who manages the rental was also very responsive. They struggled with the heat in the pool for the whole week but they tried hard and communicated well. However the oddest thing is that the map location on VRBO is very inaccurate. Seems like an easy thing to fix so I’m not sure why they have the wrong location. The house was about 10 min away from where I hoped to be. After booking the home, the management team gives you the address and tells you it’s not exactly where you expected but it was quite far from the waterfront area I hoped to be (and far from our friends home we were visiting). Maybe they have fixed this but it’s an odd error for a home that is so meticulous. Also the owners car takes up much of the driveway which was a bit of a hassle. There is no garage access to park in and if you don’t want to park on the street (which is quiet) you have to angle into the driveway. It rained a lot when we were there so this was a little frustrating. But overall this home owner has done an amazing job with all the modern comforts and supplies needed for a week stay.

Attractive, quiet neighborhood. Comfortable, clean, well decorated home. Great backyard with pool and beautiful landscaping. Excellent WiFi. No complaints. Very enjoyable stay.

Das Haus in Coral Gables

Das Haus ist ein Traum mit einem wundervollen Garten und einem tollen Pool, den wir sehr viel genutzt haben. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war sehr einfach , per Mail. Alles wurde schnell erledigt. Wir hatten allerdings meist mit der Agentur zu tun, da riesige Pakete für die Besitzer ankamen oder die Anlieferung der Gartenmöbel erfolgte, die wir dann beaufsichtigt haben und auch hinterher teilweise aufstellen mussten. Was allerdings für nachfolgende Mieter am wichtigsten ist, ist , das die Adresse, die auf Fewo direkt angegeben ist, nicht die richtige ist. Das Haus liegt in Coral Gables in einer Wohngegend. Es muss einem auch klar sein, daß nebenan Nachbarn mit Kindern wohnen und es daher öfters lauter werden kann. Wir hoffen damit geholfen zu haben.
