Clean room , delicious breakfast, excellent staff service . Unfortunately the transport from airport to hotel was terrible, First time call operator can’t where I can meet, when I waiting outside the hotel shuttle bus area ( Level ) then call again , operator Ivan , I have to go to Level 2 , wait almost an hour with a wheelchair person 😬,call back operator and keep saying on the way. Horrible experience.

We had to wait an hour after check in time for our room to be ready but the staff was very courteous and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too and we were able to take advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel stay to anyone.
