Allowed us for early check in which was awesome after our cruise. The room was clean and the complimentary shuttle took us to the airport on time which was very helpful m. The bathroom was very clean and mattress was very comfortable. Great place to stay if you are planning to catch your flight from Miami

The breakfast had a wide variety and the coffee was excellent. Parking was easy and I felt safe. The room was spacious and clean. Overall a great experience.

I was very pleased with the hotel stay, however....getting to the hotel from the airport was a nightmare. It took almost 2 hours and 7 phone calls(majority of the calls went into a hold pattern). My initial communication, the person was extremely rude. Directions should have been clearer before arriving.
