This Airport Hotel is very very nice. Clean, quiet, beautiful room, and has everything you might need right there. The staff was friendly and the shuttle was on time. I highly recommend staying here.

My dad got bit by bugs and and the service was horrible once they get your money they don’t care how they treat you & i took photos the only nice people was my cleaning lady Carmen . I don’t recommend anyone staying here . Jennifer the supervisor was rude and didn’t care to help us with any of our concerns and gio talks a lot but doesn’t help you either . I felt robbed off my money and I was without a tv for 24 hours . There was no phone in my room or a garbage . Don’t stay here at all

Followed written instructions for shuttle and was told the driver didn't see us and left. We had to wait 1.5 hours before being picking up. Had shampoo and conditioner, but no bodywash available in shower. Lightbulb in buffet room needs to be replaced.

It was ok.

Excellent customer service. The employees are so friendly and helpful. Hotel could use some care. Everything was out of order in the gym, the ice makers on several floors were out of order, and the pool area could use some TLC. However, the rooms were clean and it was fine for one night.
