Stayed at Hampton Inn & Suites Miami-Airport South-Blue Lagoon on Dec 21. We booked specifically for the airport shuttle, but it never came despite at least 6 calls between 7:26–8:08 PM (call log available). We had to pay for an Uber. When we arrived, all 3 shuttles were on site with a driver present. Front desk had no explanation. That night the hotel had repeated power outages—TV didn’t work, lights and AC went out multiple times. This made it difficult to rest before early travel. Requesting Uber reimbursement and compensation/refund for the night. Screenshots and photo available.

Our stay was great. Hotel shuttle was on time to pick up at the airport. We were warmly welcome by the receptionist . The room were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was slso good. I will certainly recommend them to anyone wanted to stay here.

No hot water, so öur group had to take cold showers after a long I sensational flight. Maintenence came to look, then left saying he would check the boilers but never reported back. Electricity went out while in the elevator totally frightening our young child. Airport shuttle only comes once per hour, so you may have to wait a long time for that.
