This was a wonderful place to stay. There are not that many downtown hotels that are as clean as this. I will say the only downfall was that it was very hard to get an elevator. One was down and the other two barely worked. Other than that, it was an absolute perfect place to stay if you’re in Miami.

Nice property in a busy area of Brickell. Well maintained with simple but well-designed rooms. Outdoor pool available (we did not end up using it though). Free continental breakfast included. 3rd party shuttle bus to the cruise port was also available at $8 per person. The only issue we had were that there were frequent elevator problems, which caused long line ups and waits. We would still stay here again though.

5 stars, would stay again

Wonderful hot in a prime location walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Shuttle service to cruise port at $8/person cash only. Beautiful mall nearby. Publix grocery store nearby. Staff was very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the scientific art that adorned the walls. Beautiful pool but it was too cold and hot tub was too hot so we jumped back and forth between the two. Other than that we were very happy with our stay. Thank you

The only negative was the elevator. I waited for 45 minutes on the 6th floor with 2 large & 2 small pieces of luggage. Only 2 working elevators. By the time the elevators got to the 6th floor, they were full. I couldn’t take the stairs, I am 71. My uber driver left but Carlos got a taxi for me and had the taxis wait until I got downstairs. Thank God.
