I’d give a negative stars if I could. House smells like smoke/mold very strongly. VRBO instructed us to leave immediately due to breathing issues from said smells. VRBO is allowing this host to continue putting people’s health in danger.

Not Good.

We had a quick stay in Miami heading down to the Keys and we arrived at this place super late (midnight) upon arrival, we were hit in the face with the STRONGEST marijuana smell, it was god awful. Then the front door handle on the inside literally fell off into the floor, thankfully it didn’t hit my baby when it fell. My almost 1 year old was absolutely filthy after crawling on the floors so I don’t think it’s ever been mopped. The back door only locks with a deadbolt, it looks like it’s been broken into, and it’s not in a good area at all. Quite scary of an area actually. The lights throughout the house didn’t work properly, we found used contacts stuck to the dresser, & stains on the sheets in one of the beds. The place is disgusting and shouldn’t meet the requirements for a short term stay.

Beware!!

House is located in a terrible neighborhood, hence the vehicle blocking the run-down house/yard in the first photo of the listing. The smell inside of the home is horrible. There are roaches as big as the palm of my hand and the owner is aware because there are many signs claiming that the house is frequently bombed so he is well aware. Vrbo helped the owner make excuses for this unsafe envelope. I left the home only after the 1 night of a 4 night stay. The house is in need of a DEEP clean and fresh coat of paint. Everything is dusty and filthy and there are quite a few outlets that do not work. Long story short, you get what you pay for.
