Stayed here for the night before our cruise out of Port Miami. We could see the ships from the hotel. Valet parking was convenient with quick service and a short city block away is a Publix to which we could easily walk to pick up last minute supplies for our cruise. Hotel and rooms were clean and well-maintained.

Not up to par with typical Hilton experience. Pillow smelled terrible, walls damage, bathroom pocket door was heavy, stiff and would barely close.

Great customer service

Our flight arrived early and they quickly accommodated us and allowed us to check into a room. The customer service is unmatched. Everyone was kind and helpful throughout our stay. I recommend staying at the this hotel.
