Rooms were nice.. Clean and everything you need. No microwave in rooms though. The only issues we had was that they ran out of food for breakfast. it was 45 min to the breakfast ended and there was no sausage, No Coffee.. We had to ask for more sausage and she said they were out and she would put out ham.. Which was fine.. But it wasn't ham she put out.. It was thin sliced lunch meat turkey. When we asked her for coffee.. She went to the back and got us one cup of coffee.. Like they were not gonna bring anymore out. Don't nice hotels have coffee out all the time. It was a disappointment. We ended up going out to breakfast our 2nd morning instead of fighting with the breakfast lady for breakfast and coffee.

Be stayed here for a post cruise stay and ended up having to extend our stay due to our flight being canceled. I haved worked in the hospitality field for many years and have stayed at my share of properties. This has not been the worst, but was by far not the best. We arrived early and were given the opportunity to check in with a fee, which is took advantage of becasue we were VERY early due to getting off the ship earlier than intended. The carpets in the hallway leading to our room definitely could use some replacing. Upon entering our room we noticed that the bathroom door lock was broken and there was no handle on the outside and our TV had these stange lines going accross it which made it very difficult to watch. The outdoor area was very nice. We enjoyed sitting by the fire lanterns, although only one was working. If you are staying just to be be near the airport, the location is great, but don't expect there to be anything to do or see. You absolutely need a car or would need to take an UBER. There is NO bar or restaurant. They do offer cans of beer and some cocktails that the front desk staff make for you as well as some food that the front desk staff also prepare for you in a TurboChef. The staff was not overly friendly at all, they were just there to do their job. It did it's job, but I don't think I would stay again.

Orbitz has on their site that there is shuttle service from the airport. Which isn’t the case. Tried calling the hotel multiple times and got a busy signal each time. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable wont book here again

Room was good. Breakfast was a joke if you got there anytime after 845 am. Stopped refilling items, so very limited availability. Tried to order food from their grill, it’s closed on Sunday but no where on website or in hotel does it say this. Tried ordering pizza from a recommended place, was told 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later we got our pizza. While we were waiting in lobby for our delivery we witnessed hotel desk order pizza from same place 1.5 hours after we personally ordered. They received their order at the Same time we did. Staff did not offer to order pizza for us. Just gave us a menu. Shuttle service recommended to get to cruise port was great. Bottled water from refrigerator at front desk are $6 each.

the room wasn't clean, dirty sheets extra cover had holes all over it and stains all on it. had hairs in the bed, in the bathroom, on the towels. the shower had mold wasn't clean. the towels are stored above the shower in the shower so they get damp and were not clean.

The room was very neglected, lots of dirt around the room, stains on furniture, ants in every corner. Room smelled cigarettes. The hotel from reception to the room smelled cooking. Reception area couches looked dirty and so aged. Room service was not available daily, it is only every other day. Customer service was very poor Avoid at all costs.
