When I checked in on February 16 Monday the reception lady told me my parking is free of charge since I will stay 4 nights. On top of that during my 4 nights stay my room never got cleaned. This was very bad experience.

The front desk guy by the name of Antonio was awful the last day of my check out after breakfast I asked for clean towels and I had to ask numerous times, Until 20-30 mins house keeping brought them.

Room had ants in one bed. They originally said they would give me the sheets and I could change them. Told them I wasn’t doing that. Sent the housekeepers and one of them came with odor spray and was spraying and I asked was that for ants and she said no it’s for odors. We didn’t complain about odor we complained about ants. When we tried to call back bc ants were still there after she changed them. No one answered. Shower took forever to get hot and the faucet was complicated because they put us in a handicap room and the faucet had “extra protection”. No one in our room was handicap. The hallways also look rundown with stained carpet and lifted wallpaper. They need upgrades and new management.

first of all they never clean your room not even put fresh towels or toilet paper. the breakfast was not good. the $25 per day fee for parking is ridiculous. and they close the pool at 6pm. not worth the almosy $300 a night
