It was a nice place but dirty Carpet spots in hallways floors & on the Carpet of t hotel floors room we stayed in. We had to go to the lobby to microwave food. They charged us for some beers that we didn't even drink..We had our own food & drinks

Unfortunately, this Hyatt is dirty, specifically the elevators and common areas and carpets were dirty. We’ve stayed at plenty of Hyatt’s and this one needs a refreshing and better management. It’s an airport hotel but still should not lower Hyatt’s standards.

The shower wasn’t great, luke warm water. Beds were not very comfortable and pull out sofa was brutal. Location was convenient but not worth the price.

Property is conveniently close to the airport. No shuttle provided but easy Lyft ride. Breakfast buffet was okay. Stains all over carpet in room. I’m probably being generous with 4 stars, but the beds and restroom was clean.
