The host provided necessary information. When we had two complaints they were disregarded. The interior was lacking lighting and did not appear very clean. Area was very busy around the building. Depending on what type of environment you are seeking it may or may not fit your needs.

The ocean was totally visible, but we were not given the unit I requested which had full front Ocean View. The unit was fabulous in every other way, so I was still completely satisfied. My one suggestion is to be more clear with the directions, as the staff repeatedly told us that our building was across the street, The staff was Great and my party loved the place.

Too many hands in the Cookie jar

The condo and resort on the surface are very nice. Parking was extra which it said in the listing, but I still would rather just park my own car. There was a dialy resort fee on top of the other fees VRBO and the Owner charge in addition to the nightly base rent. Just roll it all up into the rent or something. The real disconnect is the owner has no real control of the promised amenities. We were there a week the gulf side was expecting Milton. Monday morning already they had cleared the pool chairs and beach chairs, mind you the hurricane was not expected till Thursday, on the other coast. So the only thing I could do is sit in my condo. I could go to the beach but the chairs and towels were not available because, of some expected rain in Miami? We ended up leaving because I have a TV and couch in Indiana. Yes it sucks we had bad weather but it seems like everywhere I looked someone wanted money for something that is included in most condos, at least that I have stayed at on the gulf side

Hollywood Beach Gem

This condo was amazing!!! The patio and view are simply breathtaking. Check in was smooth, the pool was perfect and access to the beach in a private area was a nice perk. My only complaint was to have more seating on the deck because we spent a lot of time there in the evenings and only one of the big chairs had pads on it but otherwise the entire experience there as 10/10. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great view and a comfortable condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was amazing and the layout of the condo was perfect because any room you were in you had a view. The only issue we had was the extremely rude employees handling the valet. No self parking is allowed and no motorcycles are allowed on this property. This was an issue for us because we traveled on a motorcycle the weekend we stayed. Not impressed with the lack of respect and kindness the employees demonstrated the entire weekend. Will not be staying here again due to that.
