We were not given the room that we booked, it was also not available at check-in time, the bed was the cheapest bed I have ever experienced at a hotel, which is unacceptable for a JW Marriott level experience at the outrageous prices, my Marriott gold status was never acknowledged or appreciated. The walls were paper thin, could hear everything going on. Can't believe I wasted all that money on such a horrible stay.

I arrive to check in around 8 PM. We were able to get a room on the top floor the 17th and the building we were in everything was nice and clean. The service was good in the restaurants by the pool. Everything was nice the morning that we were to leave at 11 I called downstairs around eight and asked if I could have a late check out, since I am a Bonvoy member, but I was denied so that put a damper on my plans but other than that everything else was fine

While the waterpark is awesome, it is a very oversized hotel for what it offers. Besides dlthe water park, is not suitable for families with little kids. The staff was not friendly at the front desk, but everyone else was. I didn’t get any perks for being Expedia VIP. overall the waterpark is the only thing worth For being a high end hotel, they need to improve their customer service at the front desk. I can only recognize 1 smile face, most of the staff didn’t even do ey contact.

This is the best for families travelling with children. There is an area in the water park specially for toddlers and little kids. Only complaint is the pools are cold. They need to turn the heat up so adults also want to go into swim!!

Spring Break 2025

The only disappointment during our four-night stay was that the kids wanted to swim in the evening, but unfortunately, the pool closes at 6 PM during the week and 7 PM on the weekends. Other than that, we had a fantastic time! 🙂

The hotel was nice. The water park next door needs some attention. The lazy river floor is was gray and the water wasn't "clear" (slightly tinted).

Another great stay

Wonderful. Always clean, kind staff and a big thank you and thumbs up to Ramon from engineering dept. My daughter dropped her earring in the shower and he tirelessly worked to get it for us! As a persistent person myself who helps people for a living, I was so appreciative of this, I can't emphasize it enough. Till next time!
