We had no fridge. The pool was not available. Breakfast was very minimal and the toaster didn’t even work to toast my bagel. No tables or chair, benches available to sit around the property. Elevator was only on one side of the property and NO shuttle was available as well. Would I ever book again……NO.

AVOID AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Avoid staying here at all costs. We arrived to find that they had us on the third floor that required a very long walk and a shaky elevator. One of the beds in the room squeaked loudly all night with the slightest movement. We did not use the shower at all as the smell of mold and mildew was too strong. Breakfast was until 10am but by 9:10am, when we came down, there was absolutely nothing left except bread, cereal and hot cocoa packets. It was ridiculous. When we asked for water, we were instructed we could purchase a bottle of water from their store. By 10am everyone was being rushed out of the additional room they had because it was “needed for storage.” People were still seated in the lobby seating area as the staff mopped and cleaned all spaces regardless of the fact that we had people using canes, walkers, etc that could have a slip and fall event. The icing on the cake was despite the fact that an airport shuttle was listed as “free” and “available”, every last person that walked up to the front desk was turned away with the statement “we don’t offer shuttles”. False advertising in every possible way. Do not stay here. It is far from comfortable, nice, accommodating and safe. We called a Lyft and got out of the MOTEL as quickly as we could.

It was nice, but the is a restaurant near by that make a lot of noise during the whole night. There is not fridge at the room, we couldnt buy anything that needed to be refrigerate as sodas or food. If you are going just to sleep is ok.

I think the only stong positive I can say is check in was friendly & the room was basically clean. Very uncomfortable bed, very load area, a little aircraft noise mostly road, & parking lot, didn't feel the safest. The bathroom door wouldn't close. No airport shuttle, breakfast was terrible.

Room is clean and spacious. Stuff is friendly. One negative is even though it was a breakfast included but we had to leave earlier because of our flight and asked to pack our breakfast to go a night before but were denied because the kitchen was closed

Meidocre at best . No shuttle .

We were disappointed in the stay. One of the main reasons we booked was for the shuttle from airport , which was conveniently “not working” but I had called a week prior to see how to set it up and it wasn’t working then either .. then there was no fridge in the room, and we showed up for grab and go breakfast , apparently it ended at 9am sharp and we couldn’t even get juice at 9:03am . The front desk people were friendly the room smelled like bleach very strongly for hours after arrival .
