The water pressure was not great & the bath tub was peeling. The TV kept turning off & the remote worked SOMETIMES. The breakfast was extremely limited. The staff, however, were extremely helpful & friendly.

This Hotel looks like Motel This is not a Wynhan network. Hotel/Motel needs an entire renovation. Beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms are in poor condition. Not recommended

There was no soap or paper towels in the lobby bathroom , my room had zero hand towels or face wash rags . One flimsy pillow per bed. When I told the front desk they said they can’t help until midnight when security came in so they could leave behind the front desk

The airport shuttle took almost two hours to arrive. Thankfully, I could use the airport Wi-Fi to contact a friend, who called the hotel to send it—without that, I might have been stranded as an international traveler. Breakfast included bread, bagels, yogurt, fruit, and eggs. I suggest adding another protein option like bacon or sausage, and perhaps granola bars.

What a disaster.

Shuttle was not available after 5 hour dely because of flught. Desk man didnt want to help at all. The keys didnt work twice had to wake my friend up in order to get into room

Shuttle from the airport was quick and friendly. The hotel is everything we expected for our one night stay before heading out for our cruise. The building is a bit dated but the staff do a wonderful job keeping it clean. Location is close to airport and an uber to the cruise pier was only $15 on a Monday morning.
