Stay requirements & scheduling:

Check-In and Check-Out policies:

-Check-In: 4 P.M to 9 P.M (*Late check-in fees apply after 9 P.M*)

-Check-Out: Max 10 A.M (*Late check-out must be pre-approved; additional fees apply*)

Please inform us about your expected arrival and departure times to ensure a seamless experience. It is required to call the team onsite at 1 hour prior to arrival.



Age & identification Requirements:

-You must be 21 years or older to reserve a stay with us. Official ID is required at check-in.



Important Notes for our guests:

To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we provide all the basic essentials, so you can feel right at home at Le Marina Bay by Go Florida Condo:

- Linens, pillows, and towels

-Cookware, silverware, and dishes

-One free parking space

-Beach essentials: chairs, cart, umbrella

-A starter kit that includes a few essentials like dishwasher soap, a couple of laundry soap pods, garbage bags, and toilet paper to kick off your stay comfortably.



During your stay:

-Guests are responsible for laundry, specifically towels, during their stay

-Kindly wash the dishes and maintain cleanliness

-Guests are required to empty the garbage

-Body soap, shampoo, and other hygiene or cleaning supplies are not provided



Additional extra fees upon availability:

- Early check-in: $50

- Late check-in from 9 PM to midnight: $50 (No check-ins are allowed after midnight)

-Late check-out 10 AM to 3 PM: $60

-Late check-out 3 PM to 6 PM: $75

-Late check-out after 6 PM: $115

-Loss of keys: $100

-Baby crib or high chair rental: $15

-Additional parking: $50
