Centrally located across the street from Loan Depot Stadium River Landing shopping center, and the Health district.
Just 15mins away from South Beach!
The space
We have a one bedroom with two Queen size beds.

In the living room we have a pullout sofa that can sleep 1-2 individuals (preferably smaller ones)

A pack and play (playpen) is available for infants and toddlers to sleep in.

We have a high chair and eating utensils available for the kiddos.

In the laundry room we have a new washer and dryer. ***Please wash only on QUICK WASH SETTING***

EV level 2 charger is available on property for additional fee. ***NEED PERMISSION BY OWNER BEFORE USE***

Guest are allowed to park their vehicle in the driveway in front of the property. (Please drive your vehicle all the way down the driveway and park in front of the apartment)
