Our condo and location were fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen were lovely and in the back side of the busy street, we had no trouble sleeping. Unfortunately, the dishwasher was broken and the oven didn’t heat properly so we were not able to fully utilize the kitchen.

Is says the location is in the design district, its not. But the negative review is for them having dirty sheets, pillows with makeup and stains on them. Having wet and dirty towels rolled up on the bed, for us to use. Dirty and stained towels in the bathrooms. Poor communication, not offered to fix anything and will deny the refund after the fact. Pictures are of a similar, but different unit, and probably when it was brand new. Walls, floors and furniture are all stained and dirty. We checked in at 11pm with family, waited for an hour trying to resolve it, checked-out within an hour and will not be going back. They will lie to expedia that they offered a resolution or even replaced the towels, when nobody came and they only told us to keep on waiting. Didnt hear back until following day after I called them myself. Not a safe unit to stay in, stay away.

Great place to stay. Free parking. Clean, Sunny Apartment and everything works. Everything you need. Located on the same floor as the gym and hte swimming pool. I would definitely stay here again.
