Perfect location for our stay. Very convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and dining, all walkable. Attempted to communicate with the host a few times when we were checking out but never received a response. Overall, good stay.

I stayed at this property while in Miami for work. The location was very close to where I was working, offered many dining options within walking distance, a Publix supermarket 200 yards away, and a nice peaceful area. Although I did not use any amentities or stay in the unit aside from sleeping, the place was comforatable, spacious, and clean. If staying for an extended visit, the kitchen was very well stocked with utensils. A balcony with a nice view of the downtown Miami skyline in the distance as well! For the 3 nights I stayed, I was very pleased. The owner, Carla, was friendly and answered any questions quickly. I would stay again when I am in the area.
