Overall, the place is okay. The rooms are clean, but the issue is in the details. I always check the bed first, since that’s often the least clean part. Unfortunately, I found stains and hairs on the bedsheet and pillowcases, which made it impossible for me to sleep on. I tried contacting the host by email, but they didn’t respond quickly. Eventually, I reached them via WhatsApp. They told me no one could change the sheets right away and that I’d have to wait until the next morning. When I said I couldn’t sleep like that, they arranged for new sheets to be delivered from a store—but I had to change them myself. I think the cleaning staff should ensure the sheets are actually washed and changed, not just neatly arranged.
