Directly overlooking Hollywood Beach and within walking distance of the famous Hollywood boardwalk, this resort is close to both major airports FLL(20min) and MIA(35min), South Beach Miami, Gulfstream Park, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Aventura Mall Shopping Center, Sawgrass Shopping Center, as well as many activities such as golf courses, professional sports (Miami Marlins, Miami Heat, Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers) deep sea fishing, bike trails.

Large (~1,240 sq. ft) renovated 2 bedrooms unit includes a large master bedroom with a King size bed and a walk-in closet, a second bedroom with two (2) Queen size beds, a full bathroom, a powder room (toilet), large living room with view on the ocean, dinning room and lunch counter. Fulled equipped kitchen, ceramic floors, 50-inch TV in the living room with DVD player, Appel TV and cable (no French channel), TV in the master bedroom, free hight speed WIFI access inside the unit. Full bedding including towels for the beach, six chairs and one beach umbrella are at your disposal.

Complex Tides facilities include two heated outdoor pools surrounded by beautiful gardens, two fitness rooms, a home theater room, a game room with pool table, elevators, two rooms with unlimited internet access, washer-dryer on each floor ($), indoor and outdoor parking ($), a place to store bicycles, a convenience store with a lunch counter inside the building at 3801, an ATM machine in each building, a security service 24 hours-7 days, valet parking service ($).

Non-smoking unit and pets are prohibited.

Upon arrival you have to pay:

- Parking: 20$usd/day, 40$usd/ overnight, 40$usd/Holiday, 100$usd/1 week, 125$usd/2 weeks, 150$usd/3 weeks, 175$usd/month, Second car parking fee150$usd , payable by credit card.

- Key fob (electronic key to access on common aera): 30$usd/key (obligation 1 key/2 adults, 13 years and more are considered an adult), payable by credit card. (non refundable)

Beautiful condo with pool/beach access. Owner communication was immediate and top notch. The only negatives (and this may have been in the listing, but i just didn't pay close enough attention) is that there was no washer/dryer in the unit (a must for beach vacations), you had to pay for parking (I am told free parking in this area is rare), you had to pay for the key fob (it was nominal, but still, shouldn't that be included? especially since we give it back?), and the check in procedures were a bit much (instructions were pages long, each adult needs to check in/in person - i was waiting in the car w our kids and they needed me there to get my own wristband instead of giving it to my spouse, but we got there at 4:45 and by the time we knew this they told my husband they were closing at 5, even though i was right out front, i had to come back the next day to get it).Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay, despite the few minor inconveniences listed above, I would def recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay. The check-in process has a few steps and takes some time, we appreciated the extra security through this process. The condo on the 11th floor was very nice and clean with trendy decor and everything needed including a well stocked kitchen, bathroom, pool towels, extra blankets and beach necessities etc. The view from the balcony looks out on the pool and ocean, sitting out on the balcony watching all the activity was relaxing. We would stay here again.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a 50th birthday girls trip. 6 of us total. Check-in was easy! The condo was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfy. Our favorite was sitting on the balcony enjoying the morning sun with our coffee in hand. The view of the ocean was perfect! We had a short Uber ride to the boardwalk where we enjoyed great restaurants and live entertainment! The only thing to consider is that there were only four beach chairs. With 6 adults staying here, it would have been nice to have a chair for everyone to use. It was a great long weekend away from the cold winter up north! Highly recommend!

Great modern condo with everything you will need for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Try to check in between 9-5 with the property office per instructions. We arrived after 5 and it was a bit confusing but nothing major-everything settled with parking pass and fobs by next morning. You do not need to use the valets to get your car, full in/out privileges. Property has a private beach and heated pool. There is a business on site to purchase small items, food and drinks.

We had a wonderful stay. Condo was very clean and updated. Was provided with some starter essentials which was appreciated because we checked in late. Condo was nicely stocked with kitchen and bathroom items, towels, beach gear etc. It was very peaceful and we had a spectacular view from the balcony. Benoit was very responsive and accommodating. A nice condo

The apt itself is quite nice. Comfortable for a family of 4. The balcony view is exceptional and we were thrilled to find all of the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and toys we would need! The parking and check in process for key fobs was a big headache and I’m not sure what we would have done if we’d arrived outside of the office hours. The building also could use a fresh coat of paint and cleaning everywhere, it seemed a little dated. All in all we had a nice stay, the beach is beautiful and kids had fun in the pool !

Great spring break stay

The condo was very comfortable and extremely clean. The kitchen was very well equipment for cooking breakfast and dinner. We couldn’t beat the location and the view from the balcony was beautiful. There is a grocery store a short 5 min drive away. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this property and go to GGs waterfront restaurant during your stay.

Great get away

This condo is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. The queen beds were either memory foam or latex and were very comfy. The pool was clean and there were always lounge chairs available. The cafe offered many conveniences including alcoholic beverages, sandwiches, breakfast food, pizzas, salads and more. There were a few small maintenance issues that need to be addressed to make this a five-star review. I reported them to the owners on the first night hoping they’d realize we didn*t cause the issues. The owner responded immediately and asked if his handyman could visit if we were not there, but his handyman did not come during our five-day stay. I would recommend this property, but even more so once those issues are addressed.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Host was extremely responsive and provided a very detailed checkin and checkout list. The property was exactly as pictured. Beach was very nice and key fobs allowed you to move throughout the condo common areas pretty easy. We would certainly stay there again!

Horrible horrible horrible no communication what do ever got stuck waiting 45 min outside the room because no one gave me an access code host never answer med my msg or email or calls, made over 25 phone calls, 15 msg, 1 email, no answer until lobby personnel contacted previous person that stayed in the room, toilet never flushed place was filled with food from previous guest who knows how long food was in place seriously don’t think that’s sanitary.wish and hope they refund me my money. Because our stay was ruined from the very beginning, had no time to set up or enjoy the beach or pool.
