The thing i liked was the late checkout..Their normal checkout is 10am(way to early) Things i didnt like; (actually things that didn't meet my expectations) 1.Rug and flooring was dirty 2. No phone in room 3.Pillow cases were black (cant see if its dirty)and only 2 pillows 4. Microwave did not work. 5. Not really a suite 6.Only 2 towells in bathroom 7.No ice pan or cups 8. No coffee or accesories 9.No curtain to prevent sunlight in the morning 10.Jaccuzi front should have an anti slip matt

Owner needs to be trained in customer service!!!!!

Terrible place to stay do not recommend do not referral do not pass go. I only stayed here because it was close and convenient to location where I need to go. The next few mornings the treatment from hotel staff meeting the women there working front desk was very much poor and terrible. Also the owner.

After I wrote my review about Miami Gardens Inn & suite on the same day I was staying there at the hotel read my review and commented that the front desk will be reaching out to me and they did and told me that the hotel owner did not like my review and asked me to leave.

Unfortunately, staying at this hotel you will be walking back-and-forth just to get a towel and to return to old ones down to them. The ladies that worked the front desk are disgusting.

Spend your money anywhere else but here as a guest at this hotel I wanted to print out some paper I went down to the front desk. The young lady told me it would be two dollars per page. I asked her I might not guess here a paying guests here.

The place was unsafe and dirty, the moment you walk in the front desk staff don’t even acknowledge you, they were on there phone. The rooms are disgusting the furniture was old and stain. I took pictures wish that I was able to uploaded them. Not sure why Expedia would have this hotel. It don’t deserve no stars

From the elevators to the actual room…filthy, old, need repairs, repaint…everything! We booked two nights and only stayed for one. The room itself was very old school and looked like it had not had a proper cleaning in years…it gave more motel/guest house vibes. Furniture was dusty and bathroom had stains all over. Def not worth the price. Upon checking out and getting my deposit back…they had the audacity to charge $20 for makeup being on a towel…a towel that can bleach and be cleaned in 2 minutes! Some makeup on a towel while there are permanent stains all over the room? Ridiculous. The female staff was quite rude at the front desk. I can only describe this place as old and run down…NOT a great experience and def not worth the $!

I’ve traveled a lot and I can honestly say this was the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, the hotel was dirty, the first room we got was dirty and smelled like mold. The second room we got after requesting a change was the same or worst. It had mold in the bathroom walls, but the bathtub, they gave us only 1 towel. The bed sheets were dirty, the carpet was dirty and ripped, the wall and ceiling paint was peeling. It was horrible. I couldn’t leave the first night because it was 1am already, I left at 6am and lost all my money because I requested a refund and got 0.00 back.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at my entire life. It was absolutely unbearable to be there. I paid for three days and I left on the morning of the second day. I was there because I didn’t know that it was gonna be as terrible as it was and I had to rent a car and I went to a different hotel. The ceiling panels have been leaked through. There is brown spots all over the ceiling. There is no cleanliness at all inside of this hotel room. There is no handle on the refrigerator. It was dented. It was like I walked into a nightmare , and I’ve never been more disappointed in a hotel I’ve ever stayed at .The toilet was falling off of the ground. It was not even safe to use the room that I was in I did not feel safe there. There was absolutely no way to lock the door from the inside. You could only use a key on the outside And it was just absolutely horrible. It was horrible horrible horrible I would never recommend saying the staff was somewhat nice. I called them when I flew in on a red flight ride at 5 AM and I asked if I could come in to check in early. They said absolutely. I got there at 6 AM and they said oh I’m sorry you can’t check in until noon which I thought you know that’s OK. I would understand that if I hadn’t already called. I don’t know how they even can advertise this as an option for humans to stay. I would never stay there again I left on the morning of the second day that I was there and I paid $742 for three days and I am so dissatisfied
