This property in fully renovated modern style. Offers all kind of amenities. In a peaceful, safe and clean environment with Florida turnpike three minutes away and Dolphin Mall five minutes away. Also, restaurants , Miccosukee gaming, Everglades and shops near by. This home is every inviting with beautiful decor inside and out. Includes indoor and outdoor siting and dining area with barbecue included. I welcome guest from all cultures and background to be my guest.I look forward to making your stay unforgettable. Children are also welcomed and have there own plates, silverware and toys. There is a surveillance system for the outside of the front yard but absolutely no cameras or any recording device inside the property.

Miami Family trip

Property is very clean and looks like the house has been redone recently. We did have some issues with certain items in the house and we notified the owner who responded very quickly and did add the blender which was missing an also some hand towels. Other items like the broken tea kettle and missing teaspoons were not fixed. We did buy our own tea kettle and left it there.

Comfy home in a quiet neighborhood

Our family evacuated for Milton from the West Coast of Florida to this little gem. We stayed here for almost a week and felt right at home. The house has a very warm feeling and is stocked with most anything you need. Our communication with the host was easy, fast and she was most accommodating.

Great house

Really nice property on the west side of Miami. Suburban neighbourhood with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and well presented house with a number of thoughtful touches. Very well located for Everglades but Miami Central and beaches can be a long journey in rush hour.

Family Spring Break

Our family of five spent a week in Miami on spring break. We were thankful to do so in a clean and modern home. We also enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood that was centrally located to the activists that interested us, like the Everglades and beaches. We would definitely book with Jocelynn again.

Spotless house with everything new and in working order. Nice patio area and very private. Close to Shark Valley Tram Tours and Biking, Everglades Airboat Expeditions and Big Cypress. Safe area and close to area stores. Jocelyn was a great host.

This home was so perfect for taking our son for his first year to University of Miami!! As soon as we entered, we could smell Fabuloso cleaner. It was so clean! The house was even better looking than the pictures! Decorated beautifully and updated in great taste! The yard was great for our dogs as well! Great place!

Beautiful home!

This house is even better in person. We loved everything about it. It had everything you might need and very cute decorated. The big backyard is a plus. It was perfect for a fun barbecue. I will totally recommend it . We will definitely go back.
