This beautiful and comfortable apartment is located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. One parking space is included in your reservation for FREE. Additional parking spots can be obtained for a small charge through valet services at the front of the building. Beach access, restaurants, and shopping centers are located within a 5-minute walk. We do provide high-speed WiFi and Digital Programming TV. This Apartment Complex offers plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, including the tennis court and the conference room which can be booked through the front desk.

The laundry is located on the same floor across the unit and is shared with the neighbors. It has a small fee per load. The guest is responsible for purchasing a laundry card at the front desk.
Packages (Amazon, eBay, etc) can be delivered to the front desk with the following fees charged by the building: $5 for small packages and $10 for large ones.
- The swimming pool is open daily from 8 am until 8 pm.
- The pool deck is open from dawn to dusk.
- BBQ is open from 8 am until 10 pm. The maximum use of barbecue is 2 hours.
- Luggage drop-off is available before check-in at $10 per suitcase.
- Trash chute located at the end of the hallway.
For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:

When I did the reservation I booked two rooms when I get there it’s only one
