The unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the beach. You have to register and you will have access to the GYM and all resort amenities.
Kitchen has all large appliances as well as toaster, kettle and a drip coffee maker. Trash can with the starter bags will be provided.
Bathroom: hair dryer, towels, hand soap and starter toilet paper rolls will be provided
The queen bed and the lower bunk bed will be made and if you need the sets for the upper bunk and for the living room sofa - we will provide those upon request
Iron and ironing board will be provided
3 beach chairs will be provided
Laundry is on the floor and its' $1.85 for either washer or dryer. Close to all area amenities, shops, restaurants, public transportation and right on the beach.

*note: the building requires a $20 refundable CASH deposit, in exchange for a self-parking gate-opener for your car.

When making your reservation please make sure to include the correct number of people and provide everyone's name to be preregistered with the vacation office. Only people preregistered will be able to check in and use the building's amenities.

Here are the condominium rules:

EVERYONE must wear masks at all times when in the building. OWNERS MUST KNOW AND COMPLY WITH ALL RULES AND REGULATIONS AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EXTENDING THEM TO THEIR TENANTS OR GUESTS. Only family or groups traveling together are allowed in elevator and must maintain social distancing.
No noise inside your units or on the balcony between 10 pm and 8am
Guests are not allowed to bring pets.
All guests must be registered by first and last name and be prepared to show ID.
Guests will not be able to enter or remain in the building if they are not in possession of the unit.
Luggage’s can only be entered by the main lobby when it is one suitcase per person, the Luggage are not allowed through the front door, they must use the service access, and use the service elevator.
Appropriate clothing is mandatory in public areas and sand is removed before entering the building.
Unit Occupancy limit- The occupancy limit per unit must be strictly respected according to condominium rules. The over-occupancy penalty will be $ 100 per day and per person exceeding the allowed capacity.
