Brand new beautiful Luxury one Story Vacation rental house in South West Miami.

Accommodates 2 large families with a great outdoor Hot Tub. This House is a great family gateway close to the Florida Keys to scape from the cold winter days and explore the best of South Florida has to offer.

Our lovely house fits the perfect South Florida Vacation Home with outdoor hot tub. Enjoy the privacy of a fully equipped home with a nice jacuzzi. Everything is brand new, plenty of space and comfort for a large family of 8 or two smaller families. One story house with plenty of space and comfort. I am sure that you will find plenty to do in South Florida but if you feel you just want to relax and enjoy the sun while BBQ at the backyard with a jacuzzi....Why not??? this unforgettable villa is perfect to chill with your family and friends.

They for sure will be impressed by the conditions and comfort of the house.

Our Villa is also located just 35 minutes away from the Florida Keys and 35 minutes away from Miami Down town area.

You will have access to the entire house including the garage for two cars and the onsite parking for all your guests.

The easiest way to get to the house is by renting a car or using rideshares(Uber or Lyft). The quickest route is taking the Turnpike South 821 and exiting on 137 AVE SW(Exit 6). You will take that exit and from there is a short way drive (5 minutes) to our lovely home.

As a welcome package we offer to our guests a complementary basket with water, sodas, coffee and snacks just for free!

Happy to have found this gem to stay in for our trip to visit Biscayne and Everglades National Parks! This house is at the end of a quiet street, immediately adjacent to the Florida turnpike (though no immediate access to the turnpike - very little road noise). This is a newer, extremely well maintained home - one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen, starter toiletries, full laundry. Three nicely sized bedrooms plus the spacious main suite then plenty of room to spread out in the common areas. The hot tub was perfect after our long days of exploring. Again, this property is nearly spotless - except staining on the carpet in a lot of areas, you'd never even know this place was used. Even the hot tub was crystal clean. Owner was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. Homestead is a nice area with plenty of restaurants and just out of the hustle and bustle of Miami - lots of tree farms and fruit stands in the area. 15 minutes from Biscayne, 30-60 minutes to Ernest Coe/Royal Palm and Shark Valley Visitor Centers. Great stay for our small family of 3, but would be comfortable for up to 8.

Super comfortable, clean and cozy!

From the landscape to the bathroom are pristine and well kept. The home was very organized with all the tools needed for a getaway. The property manager was very responsive via the Vrbo app. The hot tub was a hit! The location is also very prime! Few hours to Key West, few mins drive from a small town area, with a Walmart, Publix, Walgreen, Gas stations, you name it! I definitely see my self rebooking this property.

Great place to stay!

If you are visiting Miami this is a great place to stay! Extremely clean and has all amenities for a home. The owners make everything easy. If you want to explore the keys it is almost a 3 hour drive. You may want to find a place closer.

Wonderful location for an everglades and keys vacation.

Great location to base excursions to the beaches, everglades and the keys. Owners were wonderful and helpful. The villa was tastefully decorated and clean. It is located in a quiet, new and growing neighborhood. We would definitely stay again when we have the opportunity.

Clean, comfortable, and courteous

The house, accommodations, and appliances were like new, spacious, and comfortable. The hosts responded promptly and were courteous. We prepared our own meals, expresso, and drip coffee, then soaked in the jacuzzi, and watched movies on the big screen smart TV. It was a thoroughly enjoyable vacation spot.
