Terrible Service + No Response Office, Dirty Rooms

The room was in terrible condition. A stained slipcover was draped over the couch, the floors were severely chipped, and the entire space smelled like an old mop. Housekeeping is not included with your stay and must be requested for an additional fee. The front desk was unresponsive, rarely answering calls, and provided little to no assistance with parking issues. One night, my car was blocked in due to double parking, and instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly called me throughout the night without offering a real solution. Getting around the property was equally frustrating—you need a golf cart to reach the front entrance, but since the front desk never answers, you’re often left walking 10+ minutes just to catch an Uber or move between locations.

This is a place that I love to visit I always talk about this hotel to everyone but this visit this weekend was not a good visit number one they told me I had to pay for parking because I booked from a booking site and not them that crazy I never had to pay for parking so it doesn’t make sense but I will be going somewhere else next time
