Very disappointed in my recent stay. My room felt dirty, tired, and worn down. TV didn't work. No hair dryer in the room. The bed was extremely cheap, and there wasn't a fitted sheet; the bottom sheet was just a flat sheet laid over the mattress and tucked under, so it moved immediately, leaving me sleeping on a bare mattress by the middle of the night.
Before I even got to my room, the guy checking me in hardly said 3 sentences to me. He had given a complete run-down of the hotel amenities to the couple that checked in right before me, but when I checked in, he basically took my credit card, handed me a key, and pointed to where the elevators were. Incredibly rude right from the start. I'd feel differently if I hadn't JUST WATCHED him provide great service to another couple. Why was the service not consistent?
The only nice thing that I can say about my stay is that I had dinner at the bar in the hotel, and it was very good.
I will never stay here again. I had booked a day room at this hotel for the end of my trip about 5 days later and ended up cancelling it and finding something else after my stay here.
