Check in wanted to charge $56 for an early check in… everyone we were with got early rooms without having to pay. When I questioned her on it she then gave me a room without paying. If I hadn’t questioned her on it she would have taken my money.

For the price thia hotel is average at best. Older hotel that has had a paint job. Outlets are broken and discolored even mold of some kind around oulet covers in bedroom area and baseboards. Probably was a beautiful hotle back in its day. The food though was wonderful

The view from thw property was nice, beung able to walk by the water and seeing the local fish was realxing and made me wish i had a fishing pole with me. The atmosphere is upscale and there were many places nearby to walk to for convenience. What i didnt like..... i didnt like paying extra for a suite even though it saved us from having to lounge around waiting till 3pm to check-in sunce we were about 3hrs early. I would say paying the extra $50 was worth it but our "suite" was located right next to the elevators and an employee only access area. The walls are not thick enough. I heard the elevator dings all night throughout into the morning. I only know this because i didnt sleep much more than a few hours. Im not mad that i could hear the employees getting to work in the morning but again the walls are paper thin and i didnt enjoy listening to voices. Nice place but personally im not sure i would stay here again. Also, maybe put a $$ next to where you say breakfast is available. Thats too bleak and leaves room for misundertanding especailly when people do quick browsing for hotels to stay at. We honestly believed breakfast was included and found out that wasnt the case when we went down to get some. No big deal, we didnt read the fine print prior too. But the noise definitely made paying for an upgraded suite not an upgrade at all and made me wonder if we wouldve faired out better on room placement had we just waited. Definitely wouldve saved a few $$$

The shuttle seemed to take forever but we were nicely surprised on arrival at the property. Nicholas at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful. It was a great start to our stay. Employees like Nicholas are a treasure.

Terrible. Was afraid to remove socks and walk barefoot. We were given the accessibility room, the bathroom had no vanity, the shower head was broken and I had to fix the TV myself to get it to turn on. Parking was impossible, everything was just dirty. Nasty fingerprints on the wall, the elevator just plain dirty.
