I booked and stayed for four nights, checking out on Thursday 05 Feb, and unfortunately the overall experience fell far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness, comfort, or maintenance.
From the outset, there were serious housekeeping issues. Upon initial check-in, I found multiple strands of hair on the bed and requested a room change. After being moved, I later returned to find multiple strands of hair again on the bed in the new room. The following morning, I discovered additional hair beneath the pillow, beneath the sheets, and throughout the room, including on the shower curtain. The widespread presence of hair strongly suggested that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned or deep-cleaned prior to my arrival.
The bedding itself appeared questionable, with a brownish film or residue visible on the sheets, as though they had not been properly washed. I was also informed that housekeeping services were provided only upon request, and as a result, the room was not cleaned during the duration of my stay.
The bathroom conditions were also unacceptable. There was visible mold along the bathtub and in the corners, which I did raise during my stay. This, combined with the overall state of the room, contributed to a clear lack of hygiene and upkeep.
Compounding these concerns, the telephone in the room did not function at all. Any attempt to reach the front desk required physically walking there or using my personal mobile phone. I will be sending an email to corporate.
