Shady residents. Police activity with some to the point we had to move thr car to safely leave. Vending machines outdated and didn’t work though staff knew they didn’t put put of order signs on them, we asked for a couple extra hangers (because they only provided 3 with the room) but they never brought them. I needed to use the iron and the water/steam was rusted and got on my clothes almost ruining them.

Room was great. I really like the pool and the Peruvian restaurant attached to the hotel is a bonus. The atmosphere in the breakfast area is depressing. Pipe in a little nice music and maybe change up the offerings? Staff generally nice and helpful, but some at the front desk could be a bit rude. That's Miami!

To start room was very moist cleanliness should be look at need to be dusted better , felt like a motel stay not a hotel stay, price should be lower specially the conditions it has , should be better specifically its location, place is to old. This hotel has been in a steady state of disrepair for several years. I visit Miami once a year and always stayed here because it is close to where I visit. This year my room's lights would flicker and dim everytime I plugged anything into the wall, the room reaked of cigarette smoke (supposed to be non-smoking), and I left covered in bed bug bites.

Room was extremely dirt there was a joint behind the bed and dirty under the bed the floor of the bathtub was yellow stained the drain was dirty with hair the bathroom door had dirt fingerprints on it the outlet covers were hanging off behind the bed , disgusting room obviously not cleaned prior
