There were 3 of us jn the room. They only had 2 towels & 1 wash cloth. We asked for more and were only given wash cloths. So 1 of us had to dry with wadh cloths.

Stay was great. The hotel is very nice and the staff is very helpful and kind. The only thing I didn't like is that it's cashless. That wasn't very convenient for me. Other than that, all was good

We arrived late in the evening after our canceled flight and it didn’t appear that the air conditioning was working in the lobby. It was very musty smelling, and upon arrival to our room on the second floor the door had gaps all the way around the border and the unconditioned hallway And dampness was leaking into our room. The floor of the room was very damp and the air conditioner on high did not take out any of the moisture.

Was a quick close drive to and from the airport but the shuttle wait from the airport is extensively long waited over an hour (this was between 1:45am & 2:50am). Bed is comfortable, room & bathroom clean however bed linen/pillows has a dampish smell possibly from being enclosed around the clock with no fresh air circulating. Will I be back, ofcourse.....

One of front desk ladies is very rude. The parking is too expensive and the internet doesn't work in some rooms. Like 5th floor internet is bad.

Liked the housekeeping and some of the front desk staff, parking arrangements are the worse part if plan on changing vehicles while staying at the hotel because the form for the extension is misleading. It gives the option of editing the license plates but doesn’t really do that.
