Not bad at all

The location is great, good coffee and seafood just across the street. The place is clean, it’s just old and has that feel. I appreciated the gym, although super small, I was able to lift weights and do a quick run.

Love the free shuttle to/from airport, love the beautiful lobby, love that we could add on hot breakfast buffet, love the friendly professionals at the front desk. The one thing I didn’t love is lack of seating in the room. There’s plenty of space for a loveseat or small sofa. There was one chair and one desk chair. Just awkward for eating or relaxing. Great experience overall though, we booked pre and post cruise. Would definitely book here again.

OK for the price and location

Check-in was quick and easy, which was a nice start to our stay. Parking was decent, especially considering how busy the area is. The hotel's location is great for easy access to the airport, which was our main reason for staying. However, the room had a stale smell when we arrived—not a dealbreaker, but noticeable. The toilet didn't flush properly, and while someone "fixed" it while we were out, the issue came back shortly after. The TV had some issues, but at least those were addressed. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of functional outlets—there were very few, and most didn’t work. The most concerning part was finding a footprint coming from what looked like the carport cover through our window, which made it clear the room wasn’t cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. Overall, it was an okay place for a short stay with easy airport access, but I wouldn’t want to stay much longer than the two nights we had booked.

Check in is at 3:00pm we wasn’t able to to check in until almost 5:00pm we was told a little after three it wouldn’t be much longer they was just waiting for housekeeping to update the system, we came back at 4:05pm after not getting a notification that our room was ready and was told then it would only be be about 5-10 mins and we would get notified and still nothing we went back to the desk at 4:50pm and was told they had rooms ready. I use to work in hotels and understand sometimes not all rooms are ready at the check in time but to be told two different times it wouldn’t be much longer only to wait for 2 hours we could of been out doing something is uncalled for.

Transport to and from airport was easy and quick via hotel service. Communal areas all very clean and staff helpful. Rooms a bit dated but comfortable and clean. Would stay here again on a stop over.

The elevator was out of service on our departure day and the fire department had to be called because people were stuck inside the elevator. No staircase was open to the public
