Great staff.

The staff at the desk were very friendly and efficient- check in was a snap. The lobby, bar and dining area was very well taken care of. The rooms were very clean, but are showing their age. The sound tended to travel through the walls and conversations could be heard from our neighboring walls. It was not terrible, more of a nuisance. The shuttle bus was very convenient and the driver was very helpful.

Staff is very accommodating. The lobby has been updated. Rooms are older even though they have been remodeled, too. No plug near coffee pot. Old AC unit on the wall. Pool area is nice a d restraunt was awesome. Oh, and eat at Catch of the Day right next door. Great seafood

Staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early morning and asked if we could hang out in the common area till check in. The desk clerk looked our reservation up and the room was already ready. Checked us in and we went to the room and relaxed. The food was pretty good, and the drinks were fantastic. We were also able to book a shuttle to the cruise docks. Very nice experience all around.

The property is beautiful. Nice cozy rooms. However, I was told that a US$100 hold would be put on my credit card and that it wouldn't be charged. That was dishonest. My card was charged unbeknownst to me and when we checked out the receptionist told me it was immediately released. That was a lie. I fact I had to call twice to find out why my card was charged and I was told by reception that they're just supposed to say that and that my card was charged and was refunded 24hrs after but the amount would take 5 to 6 business days to reappear in my account. Imagine if you're traveling on a budget and this happens. Be transparent with customers. Honestly this was not OK. Everything was perfect other than this.
