Property manager Lio exceeded expectations. Seeing our physical limitations, he unpacked our car and brought luggage to apartment. He explained apartment systems well. For entire visit he responded quickly to concerns. Apartment was clean and decor is good design but some furniture needs either repair or replacement Chair in second bedroom is shedding its covering. 3 of 4 high top chairs on deck are unstable. The dining table and chairs are made for tall people However, the couches and beds were comfortable The decor was attractive, and the water views with sunsets were great. The pool was clean and warmed perfectly, and there was good seating including in shade. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. An excellent grocery store and other shops are a few blocks away.

Very nice property
