The tv in the living room did not work . Called in for someone to fix the tv . Then they sent someone and the person said they couldn’t fix it . They said they would sent someone someone the next day and no one ever showed up .. I called the following day , they said they would send someone out , no one showed up so they offered me a late checkout , which was unacceptable . The elevator took extremely long . One time i waited 15 minutes for it to come : 2 times I walked down from the 11th floor . The only reason I waited the 15 minutes was that I had groceries that I needed to bring up and there was no way I was walking them up to the 11th floor

My stay was wonderful! The room was beautiful and spotless, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. I’m already looking forward to coming back in the future!
