This place is a health hazard. I wish I read the reviews before booking. Room dirty and smells horrible. They charge $ 90 for room service but don't pick up the phone when you call. Good location but that's all. Front desk lady was rude. No refund. Overpriced. Terrible experience. The health/safety department should pay them a visit.

The hallway is extremely smelly. The facilities in room look old and some are broken. No blanket no quilt only sheet. Front desk charge extra money even I already paid online

This place is a dump and atrocious!!!!!! Not even suitable for homeless people!!!! The photos of the hotel are not real and NOT TRUE. The staff definitely represent the sickening place and quite frankly this hotel should not be on Expedia or any other travel site. Close the business down!!!!

Here is a list of issue I have with this property: - Plexiglass protective windows similar to a bank for the clerks/Covid mask signs from 2020 still posted - Doors locked and require "buzzing in" at 6PM - $25 dollar extra charge labeled as "hotel fee" - ELEVATOR CERTIFICATE EXPIRED FOR 2 YEARS - No cable tv/ONE paper thin bath towel/no hand towels or facecloths/no cups or glasses or ice anywhere/no drinking water/no coffee/one paper thin sheet/no blanket or throw on top/connecting suite door off it's hinges! white socks turned black upon walking into bathroom/Carpet filthy/no bed bugs - surprisingly (maybe I missed them)!

Per my mother (whose name was on the reservation) this was not a good hotel check in experience. The place was not well clean, elevators are out of service (my mother is a senior citizen), and she did not want to stay here overall. I would not recommend this hotel until they have had renovations and repairs done.

Don’t go by the photos you online, the lobby was nasty and dirty. The rooms was as well, No clean blanket they didn’t have any clean washcloths and towels either. Take my advice spend the extra $50 to $75 and stay somewhere nicer.
