The hotel was in terrible condition, dirty, even the restrooms in lobby we unusable! We did not check-in, did not stay. Would like a full or at least partial refund!

El peor hotel que eh reservado en mi vida, es un asco de hotel, la peste horrible en la habitación y el techo negro de la humedad, el baño sucio y las losas del piso despegadas y habia moho, la alfombra sucia, la cama rota, moho por tadas partes, el elevador solo podian entrar 4 personas nada mas y las puertas cerraban lentos como si estuviera dañado y las luces parpadeaban como pelicula de terror, nos dieron habitación en el piso 4 y era oscuro que daba miedo y las puertas todas escritas en fin es un hotel que no esta apto para aceptar huespedes y aun asi ponen precios baratos para atraer mas gente.. Por favor si usted reserva aqui va a tener la peor pesadilla de su vida y si no le pone seguro a la estancia perdera su dinero y le recomiendo mejor NO RESERVAR AQUI. Solo estuve 1 hora en lo que conseguia otro hotel para poder irme de este hotel de horror y es tanto asi que estoy haciendo este review y no me deja subir foto para que la gente vea que no es nada lo que ellos muestran.. NO RESERVEN AQUI Y MAS SI TIENEN NIÑO NO LO HAGAN PORQUE EL OLOR A HUMEDAD ES SUPER FUERTE.

Trust the poor reviews. It is a scam that they do not accept refunds because they know when you walk in the place you'll want one. It is disgusting. When I saw the state of the lobby bathroom I left. I did not even go to my room. How is the presentation in the lobby poor? Anyway, I ended up going right over to DoubleTree by Hilton Miami North I-95 which was a much more pleasant experience.

Nothing is appealing about this place. Many homeless people are sitting and sleeping right in front of the hotel. They had to call police. Room stink, carpet dirty, elevator dirty, bathroom can barely flush. Only one miserable towel was in the bathroom. A dated and dirty microwave sat in the room. Nasty! Nasty! Nasty.

This terrible the worst service ever not only do they have a lot of hidden fees the front desk people are beyond disgusting and rude and aggressive. The place looks nothing like the photos the managers do not answer it’s only email none are on property and they address you with dismissive attitude. One guy had to come down because his door doesn’t close another came down because the microwave doesn’t work and this all happened while I was trying to contact management. Honestly that place should be shut down asap.

WORST HOTEL

The pictures shown in the app are not true to life; the hotel is old, poorly maintained, and completely destroyed; the hallways smell foul, and the rooms are nasty, dirty and look like something out of a horror movie. The service is terrible, and the rates shown are unrealistic. Initially, they offer a low price, but upon check-in, they charge a $25 per day resort fee. It does'nt have sense, paying Resort Fee to a Nasty Hotel without ammenities; that's the hidden fees.

North Miami Gardens hotel

El peor hotel. Y la respuesta de Hotel.com ha sido pésima. En una situación que tiene que ver con salubridad, seguridad y comodidad en un hotel que reservamos a través de su plataforma. No pudimos quedarnos en ese hotel había hasta comida podrida debajo de la consola del aire acondicionada, el deshague de la bañera estaba roto con un gran tornillo por fuera un asunto de seguridad. Hotel.com no se hace para nada responsable del engaño de las fotos que se publican en su plataforma. Nuevamente reitero el interés del reembolso del pago del hotel, no hay forma de ver las condiciones reales del hotel hasta que llegas allí, esa política de reembolso solo cuando se solicita 24 horas antes es injusta y no es para nada objetiva. Las camas, alfombras estaban húmedas y olían abombao. Las paredes tenían hongo negro. Una estadía de terror que hotel.com se ha hecho que no es su responsabilidad cuando es a través de su plataforma que se completan las reservaciones y después no quieren responder.

The place is extremely unsafe for people's health the room is moldy the fan ihas mold full of dust balls the window curtain full of mold spotted dirty filthy the fire alarm thing is open with no battery the Room ceiling is moldy the walls are spotted with moles coming down the carpet is dirty sticky brown spots everywhere the bathroom is unspeakable this has been the worst place ever. Outside clearly prostitutes standing against the walls with different types of things on them walking back-and-forth in the lobby and no one no security to escort them out. This place is not fit to be called a hotel not even a motel this place has 0 stars. I have pictures and videos as proof if needed
