If going on cruise,easy to get to cruise port.Take metro ($2.25??)to Bricknell and hop on free Orange & green trolley(Free). From Miami Airport,take Airtrain to Metro,take orange line & get off South Miami($2.25)?? Whole food Market 10 minutes walk…Barnes & Noble as well. Staff at hotel excellent!

This has to be the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ve been to 33 countries! It’s sad because I believe this hotel was once an Embassy Suites back in its glory days, but now it’s in desperate need of maintenance. The paint is peeling and faded, the furniture damaged, my room smelled moldy. Add to that no coffee in my room, a noisy air conditioner, and no chairs to lounge on at the pool, it’s clear they don’t care about the customer experience.

Hotel room was old and dated broken furniture running toilet all night. Bed was comfortable and clean. Service was friendly and pleasant. Location was nice many amenities within walking distance. For the price we took the good with the bad.

The staff was friendly and very helpful from the moment we walked in we were greeted by every staff member. This hotel is close enough to restaurants and shopping, but not directly on the busy highway so it was perfect. The pool was clean, however it was rather chilly when we visited so we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool.

Firstable from desk service horrible, i got the just 2 hours before check in, they couldnt do anything even when they have the room available, ones i got to the room after a few i realized that the door didnt want to unlocked called from desk send somebody to fix the problem after a while, i noticed that employee are not friendly at all, i went down to get a soda from a vent machine put 2 dollars of the first machine to the left that takes $2 dollars for a can didnt give me the soda, when to the from desk to complaint about ut that the vent machine toke my money but dindt give me the soda asnwer was THE VENT MACHINE HAD A NUMBER YOU CAN CALL A FILL A REPORT, NOBODY HAVENT HAVE PROBLEM WITH IT SO FAR, I was wait what, overall I wont recommend this hotel

I book again because I do like the cleanness They have very clean rooms and is very quiet place, But this time is a new girl at the front desk very Rude and unpleasant person, I asked to help me with the new reservation for a additional day. She ignored me and continued sit texting on her cellphone. So,I continue doing my self with out her help. Later I what coffe and The person was busy at the other side, I asked Who’s is serving de coffee.her rude answer was You do it . She’s in the wrong position, her name is Alejandra the other guest agree with me about her rudest way to treat the Guests.

It wasn’t bad but it definitely needs a facelift. We had a king size. The tub had patches on it. The wood plank on the floor was separating. I cannot stress how this place needs a facelift.
