Overall great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The Sagamore was beautiful. Despite it being an older building, the upkeep was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable and in the perfect location. The pool was heated, the recreation areas were neat and comfy, there were plenty of services and amenities offered, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I did request a laundry bag and price slip, the first night I was there and, after being told it would be delivered shortly, it never showed up. Not enough to ruin the experience by any means, but enough to mention it so that their staff can up their training. Overall a great experience.
