Was very disappointed with the state of the suite. It was obviously very dirty including the bedding, one of the pillows had mascassara and lashes - making us question if the beddings were ever removed and cleaned. The state of the living room was similarly abysmal. Couldn't even use the couch there to sit. The pictures are misleading. There are hidden fees. Won't be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very close to the beach, dining and shopping. There is a free trolley that goes up and down Miami beach so no need for a car. Very nice staff. Will definitely consider staying again.

Our room was actually an apartment converted into a hotel stay so it was fabulous. Lots of space and it felt more private than at a large hotel. The beach is so close and there are lots of places nearby to eat, see live music, get groceries and shop. Will definitely come back

I was pleasantly surprised with the room comfort, it was clean staff was nice and price was really good. Rate was really reasonable and room was nicer than expected. It’s across the street from the beach and there are dining options around

The place we stayed at was in very poor condition. Floors felt as if they were not cleaned. Don't let the pictures fool you. They charge you for amenities and yet there are barley any amenities given to you. No paper towels, one roll of toilet paper, not enough towels, poor communication skills, and hidden fees will shock you. The couch was ripped open. We asked for sheets and they came hours later after we had to go to them and complain. Stay here if you would like to sleep in a dumpster!

This is the third time we have stayed there. The location is perfect. The front desk staff is very nice. We love the big rooms, full baths and kitchen. On the down side, the tv selections are very limited, for example you can't get CBS, the floors are filthy, don't walk around in bare feet. They apparently don't take inventory when guests leave as many items are missing from the kitchen. We had to ask for a coffee maker (it was delivered immediately) but no such luck with missing pans, silverware or glasses. Anyway... the pros way outnumber the cons and we will return, hopefully many more times.

The hotel was nice itself and definitely gave 3 stars. The receptionist was kind of rude and gave passive aggressive. The rooms were big and have good space but the bathroom was in terrible condition and the hotel kept running out of towels. Not a bad hotel but definitely needs upgrades.

We felt very unsafe and uncomfortable in the general area. There was odd individual roaming around our room and even proceeded to attempt to follow us back to the hotel room. When we asked the staffing to move hotel rooms because we felt unsafe they just said they couldn’t do anything about it. The bedsheets had blood stains and other unknown stains on them, even after room service “cleaned” them. The whole room hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time, there was dirt and random dried up liquid stains everywhere. The shower wouldn’t stop dripping water even when turned off completely. Every few hours after leaving the room and coming back, the whole room smelled like chemicals. It was horrid. You would either have to keep the windows open to ventilate it. The refrigerator continuously dripped water and does not keep any food properly cooled. The keycards don’t work half the time and we had to see staff multiple times to let us into the room, it’s like playing a game of whether or not you’ll get back into your room after you leave. The dish soap provided was just water with a few drops of soap in it. The towels also smelled like chemicals, even after being cleaned. I do not recommend this place to anyone for the price! It’s ridiculous!

My bed was clean! There is a kitchen provided and hot warm water in my shower! Just the floor was a bit smudgy and dirty, but other than that everything else was good! Super walkable and near the beach and local restaurants in Miami Beach!

Zero Star hotel

The room was not as described and not cleaned. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, the AC had globs of dust in the air flow vent and the bed was broken along with stained linen. I took photos, but hotels.com wont let me add them. I tried 5 times to speak with the manager and each time the front desk host said he was not there will be back soon. I got an email address from one of the staff to contact him, i wrote to him and sent the photos and the manager still has not called or replied back. I will not be staying at Seaside EVER again.
