Our stay was extremely disappointing and far from relaxing. The contact number listed led to the residential side, making it nearly impossible to reach staff. The front desk had limited hours, and the early check-in fee was outrageous—especially with a 4 PM check-in time. Despite paying, our room was not ready, and it was visibly dirty: the balcony had smudges and kid handprints, and the TV area was filthy. The TV didn’t work at all. The toilet’s flush mechanism was broken and required awkward maneuvering to function. There was no room service or way to request fresh towels by day three. We were placed in a corner room directly in front of loud construction, with a crane operating as early as 7 AM on the weekend. This stay did not meet basic standards.

The location is very difficult to find. The parking garage is in another block and you have to pay an additional $40 plus we had a fine they say is going to be waved but wouldn’t provide proof. The fine is not stated why it was given to us. We parked in the slot the night gentleman told us to. The room was decent, newish looking but the rugs were stained and it had a smell. The lighting was horrible. I wasn’t able to put my makeup on in the bathroom and had to wait until the sun came up to step outside. I wouldn’t recommend this lodging.

I was there at 3pm hoping yo check in early. Check in was at 4 and my room was jot ready until 445 to 5pm. The person at the desk was rude every time i went to ask about it. There was hardly any toilet paper (it did not last the night), there was no shampoo, and only one towel. The room was clean, nice,cozy and priced decent for the area

This is a new facility of apartments and hotel rooms. Very clean design, Everything was first class except the coffee shop in the lobby which charged $10 for two tiny cups of espresso that certainly tasted like instant coffee. Walk 5 minutes to the Starbucks in Bayside instead

This was a last minute booking when our other one fell through. Highly highly recommend! Clean, comfy beds, lots of ammenities. A 5 minute uber ride to the port. The lobby coffee shop is excellent, too!

The lobby smells and looks nice. When I arrived to my room however, every single window along with the balcony, was very dirty. It was myself and another guest, and there were only TWO face towels given. (TWO!) We had to use our face towel on our face and our body. The bed had absolutely no cushion. It felt like an air bed that was running out of air. Lastly we got stuck on the elevator as we were checking in. We were stuck for roughly 3-4 minutes. I did not enjoy this stay.
