Hotel charges are to HIGH considering that most if not all the chairs on the beach are broken, they have no control of who uses them. Saw many people with no band or different color band. By 10 am they have no more fruit or creamer for coffee. Very unsatisfactory and too expensive.

My overall stay was pretty good. The hotel is well within walking distance of stores and restaurants. It’s located right on Miami Beach. My biggest complaint was that there’s zero parking at the hotel. Having a rental car was miserable. Public parking in Miami Beach is a nightmare and very expensive.

Wasn’t t bad for the money, there is zero parking at this hotel , which is the biggest downfall, Miami Beach area very strict enforcement of illegal street parking and again zero parking at hotel , you can valet right next door at the Monte Carlo for $30. Hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel needs some upgrades but overall not bad.

False promises and dirty

I'm not normally one to complain but this was a very disappointing stay. We booked a balcony and were told they didn't have any balconies even though we paid $80 more on hotels.com for a balcony room. While we stood there talking to them four other people came up to the counter with the exact same issue. It seems anyone that books anything outside of their website is being lied to. No one ended up getting the room they paid for. The room they ended up putting us in barely has a view. The cabinet door was broken and laying on the floor. After moving us again, they tried to compensate by giving us a couple free drinks and the resort fee paid for, roughly a $45 value, no where close to the cost of the balcony. The room had a filthy floor and generally doesn't seem clean or worth $350+ a night. I would not recommend this hotel at all and I honestly would have been happier at a Best Western which should not be in the same realm at all. The staff was nice but that has been the only positive. You can tell they are very used to having to cover for poor management.

If you have other options please choose them over this .. this hotel was the worst I have ever stayed at , the keys didn’t work every day or multiple times during the stay we had to get new keys .. the rooms have no ventilation the bathroom light was broke in the middle of showering it goes off for 7 mins and come back on.. the entire floor smelled as if someone was smoking .. room service only came once to clean our room . Breakfast everyday was bagels oatmeal grits and Salomi cold and hot cereal. The pool was over flowing with water I did not allow my kids to enter the pool you could Clearly see that something was wrong with the pool . They had tape Keeping the carpet down outside the room bc it was lifting up the lost goes on

This property was a lovely all-in-one package. The Hotel's staff were very friendly, professional, and provided assistance where needed. There is a nice Argentina style restaurant downstairs along with a nice bar with all beers and cocktails needed. The pool access was great, the pool was very clean and well kept. The gated access to the beachside was exceptional and for me a big bonus. The room we were in needed some mats tho, the tile was cold. However, easy workaround to just use some slides in the room to move about.

They have a mandatory payment for a beach chair and umbrella that I will not be using. They did not have notifications in their advertising about the fact that they do not have parking. They directed me to other hotels to park and the other hotels were full. The instructed me to leave my car on the street and update every 2 hours so I do not get towed I asked for refund to go to a different hotel and they would not refund and had a poor attitude I did it finally find parking at an extra expense through one of the local hotels rooms were extremely dated
