We got to the hotel at 3 asked if we could check in early to enjoy the pool the front desk said room wasn't ready but he would call or text me when it was. He called after 4 pm which is after check out. Once we go to the room we noticed the air was 88 degrees so we turned it down which it won't cool off in there and the temperature kept rising so I went.the from desk he only solution was to move us to a non balcony room.. which was 150 cheaper

You could tell the bathroom has been deep clean for a while, just wiped. On the last day I realized that the blanket had makeup on them. I barely wear any. Does this means the blankets were never changed? I was grossed out. Next time I will check the properties inside out. The lobby was hot and the small bar is disappointing. Good staff at least. On the bright side there are so many restaurants around and a comedy place nearby.

We on our first night asked the staff at the reception about parking and the asked us to park at allen park. They mentioned that we have to pay for which we were fine but when we parked at the location the car got towed and when we asked the staff they were like we do not recommend anyone to park there but another location. However, the staff from the previous night clearly wrote the adress of the parking and when we showed them that they were like we don't know who recommended you. Later we found some other guests had the same problem. Don't recommend them to anyone!!

Did get the room i booked due to air-conditioning not working . Paid for ocean view got street view. Then refrigerator didnt work had to replace that . Tv stopped work on day 3 .Then 1 day housekeeping came at 8 am i said not yet they never came back ran out of tolet paper. Called for some 6 hours later had to get some from front desk myself. Even after all this We still had a great time because we don't let those things to set our mood or effect our day.

Employees kept the place clean and were very friendly. The property is in desperate need of updating. The pool was damaged all around (grate that skims water was broken - very dangerous, they had caution tape tied on it). The lobby did not have A/C, which made hanging out to play pool or other games terrible. The property was so bad, we canceled a follow up stay and booked elsewhere.

The room was comfortable, plenty of activities to partake in without leaving and the location is pretty good with beach access. Gym is a plus also. Walgreens, Publix and ihop are within 2-7 min walking distance. Only faults are the breakfast could have been better and the a/c in the lobby seemed to be not working during my stay. All things considered, 7/10 would recommend.

I stayed at the Sherry Frontenac for 3 days and this was by far the worst hotel experience of my life. I wish I had listened to the negative reviews before booking. Rooms: The walls are paper-thin. I could hear every noise from the hallway and the rooms next to me, even people snoring at night! The cleaners were loud, and there was absolutely no peace or privacy. There was no internet connection at all during my entire stay, and even my own phone couldn’t get a signal inside the hotel. Amenities: There was never any hot water in the shower. After long days, I was forced to take cold showers. When I complained, the staff did nothing to help. Management/Incident: The worst part was the way I was treated by the management regarding an incident. During my stay, a flower pot (which was already broken and barely standing) fell over while I was nearby. The manager who witnessed the incident assured me it wasn’t my fault and said I wouldn’t be charged. But the next day, I saw a $350 charge on my account without any explanation. When I spoke to another manager (Kay Ann), I was told the charge was “routine” and would be refunded after reviewing security cameras. Instead, the charge increased to $500, and after I checked out, I was told I would only get half of that back, which never happened. I have proof of all these transactions and communications, and the hotel has ignored my follow-ups.
