Horrible stay

Our room was very cold and humid. The air conditioner was set at 65 when we arrived at the room. The top of the dresser that is under the TV felt moist. I changed the temperature to 70. We heard music till late. This morning when my husband walked from the bed to the bathroom he slipped and fell hurting his right leg. I called the front desk and informed them about the wetness and the fall. Told the front desk to send their maintenance people When we were leaving we saw several signs on the outside halls indicating “be careful wet floor”. Emerson also noticed when we returned the keys to the front desk several signs indicating “be careful wet floor”. Apparently this hotel has a big problem with humidity removal by their air conditioning units

they make you pay an additional $131. the guy at the front said the hold is for $100 which expedia tells you that you won’t have to pay anything else at the property. so i went from $165 to somehow $296 which is insane! bathroom and fixtures show old wear and tear. and they have attached ac units so be prepared for that smell of old ac filter. i’m just staying on night so $300 a night in a run down old hotel is diabolical and they are misleading. next time double check to call so you won’t be surprised like me. do better expedia and miami lake hotel!

Not ocean view, not sure why the questions are geared towards that. Great air conditioning! Nice clean hotel. Pricey buffet around $19 for breakfast, different than what showed. Parking is free. There is a gym it’s in a separate building across the street. Deposit is $100 card or $200 cash. Very very clean nice smelling hotel. Was impressed.

The place was dirty. The shower was one of the worst no pressure no hot water. The beds were filthy. So old and rundown I would not recommend this to anyone thank God. It was only one night.
