Property is virtually new, and the room was very clean with all new amenities. The area around the hotel has quite a bit of construction going on, not a problem for us, as we were just staying one night before a cruise.

Property was very clean and nice. It was quiet, the only bad thing would be construction starts early in the morning but wasn't bad. We will stay there again.

Good room, area still under construction
The property is a bit hard to find, as there's no signage, and it's more condo than it is hotel. The room was very clean, but the construction in the area meant it wasn't quiet during the day, but that's not the hotel's fault. The one bedroom room we got, had a full kitchen and so it made a perfect long term rental, even though we were only there for 1 night. It's walking distance to some great shopping and food options. There's no restaurant attached to hotel, but you can walk a couple blocks and get some really good food anyway. I kind of wish we could have stayed longer, as this would have been a great place to do it at, with the 1 br and full kitchen set up.
