We stayed here two nights each before and after a cruise. The communication was terrible. All our calls went to voicemail and were never returned. We received emails to arrange transportation online, but the broken link didn't work even after I fixed it. The Reply button in that email also failed. The transportation they ultimately arranged for us was unreasonably priced. Forget their offer and go Uber - we paid less than half for equivalent rides. That said, staff we spoke to in person were mostly, if not always, helpful and pleasant. The room we stayed in pre-cruise was large and clean but felt austere, probably because the walls were bare. Faucets weren't labeled as to hot and cold and it wasn't always easy to figure out which was which. There was a cable box but no instructions. When we finally figured it out, only a handful of local channels were available. Post-cruise we stayed in a 1-BR 15th floor condo. Same problem with calls and automated communication. I eventually found their WhatsApp and used that although I typically waited 15-30 minutes for a response. The condo was very nice, however, and had enough hung on the walls to feel cozy. We enjoyed the patio and the pool, and we were pleased with the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Internet access was excellent. Same issue with unmarked faucets as in our pre-cruise room, though. Despite the so-so experience, I'd book a room here again, but I'd be actively looking for an alternative.
