Over all have a good time easy access to beach plenty of shopping around. Very good stuff. If any suggestions, I can give to improve ,very slow elevators. Room don’t have a Wi-Fi pass. I have to go to front desk.

We stayed for two days. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location was excellent, as it's close to the Aventura Mall. The only downside is that the room we stayed in had a smell like wet carpet, a rather unpleasant odor. As time goes by, you get used to it and it's gone. Otherwise, the stay was good. (Room 1701B)

We satyed 7 nights with kids We arrived around 4 p.m exhausted frkm flights and wanted to shower but the shower was clogged, we called the costumer services to fix it and it wasting us time and kids were so tired Also it happened again in the weekend This was really annoying Also it says on expedia that every day they come to clean and fix the room But i had to call them let them know to do so One day i forgot and i returned to room not fixed no clean towels and garbage was still full Overall it was fine, not the best

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beachfront hotel. Everything felt very clean and luxurious, and the staff was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit. Our suite had a full kitchen with a nice refrigerator, which made our stay more convenient. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull-out couch, and the view from our partial ocean view room was stunning. One thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shared balcony setup. We had two balconies, which was great, but they were divided and technically shared with the room next door. No one else used theirs during our stay, but if they had, it would have felt a bit awkward. There are a couple of other things to note: the walls are a bit thin, so we could occasionally hear conversations from next door. Valet parking is required, and combined with the resort fee, it was about $100 per day. (Expedia did clearly state that the resort fee would be paid at the hotel.) If you have a car that sits very low to the ground, be careful — the entry is extremely steep and could scrape your car. Location-wise, this hotel is excellent. It feels very safe and has great walkability, with grocery stores, Starbucks, and breakfast spots nearby. Two of Miami’s nicest shopping areas are just a short drive away. The beach is truly the highlight - the water is gorgeous, the beach is just steps away, and they include chairs and an umbrella with the resort fee. Everything about the beach area felt very well maintained and upscale.
