I would not recommend! Pros: - price - location - there is a pool ( really old and run down) - the restaurant had a decent breakfast Cons: - I had 2 back to back bookings because they wouldn’t let me extend. Then when I checked in the person confirmed I could stay in the same room for the duration of my stay. The next day I had work meetings all day and I was harassed by the staff, calls , texts, emails to CHECK OUT! Even a text saying “ we noticed your stuff is still in there “ - meaning they went into my room . I was furious. I no longer felt safe to stay there, and there was basically ZERO customer service support. The only reason I was able to get a a partial refund is because Expedia called for me. So if you do plan on staying at any Sonder properties, book through Expedia so at least you have some support. - I also found a cockroach and pairs of old heels in the room.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The bar was nice and had good food. The pool area was adequate The hotel was close to Miami Beach and local shops and restaurants which was great. The room had an old musty bad smell and there was a cockroach in the room. There’s no dressers no where to put anything. The bathroom room sink was so small you couldn’t wash your hands without getting water all over the floor. The stair railing fell off the wall. This hotel will not be on the list of stays.

Room was fine, bed was fine. Bathroom sink too small and walls/celinings too thin. Our upstairs neighbors sounded like they were stomping all the time and we could hear the next door patrons talking at a normal volume.

Room was really dirty and I went to the front disk ask them to clean the room and change the bed sheets etc and they said I have to take it clean it and reuse so I cancel my reservation and left to another hotel , asking for a refund please as the front desk promised
