A charming small hotel in a historical building. Room 117 we got was in the end of the hallway and we had no noise issues whatsoever. Overall good experience, will come back.

The front desk clerk had issue with my reservation upon arrival, which is scary for a jet lagged traveler. However, she let us into the room and said she would text or call with any issues. I was traveling on a broken foot and requested a shower chair prior to arrival, was ultimately told they did not have this which I thought was pretty standard for hotels. Unexpectedly I got sick on the morning of checkout which delayed our leaving. The staff kindly allowed a later checkout. Overall, we had a good stay and I’d come back when in Miami.

unpleasant experience, our door was cracked, the room we stayed in was right infront of the elevator where people continuously walked in and out. We felt very uncomfortable and unsafe because of our door. the bedding wasn’t washed properly, the level above us and the same floor were loud. we had a heard time sleeping, very horrible experience

Very disappointing stay — would not recommend I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Miami and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The air conditioner in my room was broken and could not be fixed the same evening, and I was not offered a room replacement despite the issue. The bedsheets were dirty upon arrival, and during my 4-night stay, there was no housekeeping service at all — no cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing. The walls are extremely thin — I could hear my neighbors talking as if they were in the same room. To make matters worse, the front desk was frequently unattended when I needed assistance. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, or responsive place to stay.

Vine de convención a Miami y me encantó este hotel , queda a escasos minutos caminando del centro de convenciones y de la playa. El hotel limpio,moderno, habitaciones confortables, la cama bastante cómoda. El agua caliente tarda en salir pero no me molesta bañarme con agua tibia. Miy cerca de la collins donde tienes muchas opciones oara comer. A mi me pareció excelente 👌
