We were disappointed with our stay, not because the airport shuttle was unavailable, but because we were misinformed about it. Prior to booking, I specifically called to ask whether the shuttle would be operating on Christmas Day and was told it runs six days a week, only not on Sundays. Based on that information, we chose to book with Sonesta. When we arrived in Miami on Christmas evening and called for pickup, we were then told the shuttle was not running due to the holiday. We had to take a taxi to the hotel. While we were able to use the shuttle the following morning to return to the airport, we would not have booked this hotel had we been told in advance that the shuttle would not operate on Christmas. The hotel itself was clean and met basic expectations. However, considering the price, location, lack of breakfast, and the additional $55 we paid for transportation, the stay did not feel like a good value. There are closer and more amenity-rich options available in the area.

I stayed for my layover in Miami. The room was clean and the staff was friendly, especially the shuttle drivers. My one complaint is that there was not even one water bottle in the room.

The room and the state was absolutely amazing. Don’t trust these bad reviews cause for the price that room was great. I had a queen bed studio suite I believe 10 out of 10 highly recommend staff was very generous and professional. I would definitely stay here again.
