This place was quiet and roomy. Only thing is when we got there the card system didn’t work. But the next day, they worked hard to get it to work. Finally got a card issued. Housekeeping does not clean the room while you are in there but will delivered towels. I guess that is a separate service, but it was fine for me. Other than that, it was okay place to stay somewhere affordable if you don’t want to do anything. It is by an industrial area and to me far for the port. Staff at check is was nice and friendly.

Very clean place to stay. Staff was friendly helped out with anything you need. Plus if want snacks or quick bite you can always go downstairs to lobby and purchase without leaving.

I did like the room it has been upgraded at some point the AC fan was a little load and I could hear the TV from the room next door however not enough to detour my stay. I did find a dirty glass in the pantry so l purchased my own cleaning supplies and sanitized the dishes. The property should add paper towels to the kitchen and should add a full length mirror it definitely had the space. I did enjoy the stay.

I got a late check in the system was down, there were a smoke smell in the room even though I booked a non smoking room I did not say anything since it's late and we were really tired from the cruise we took also the tv remote control did not work so we couldn't watch tv so we watch Netflix in our laptop, the location is convenient if you want to be close to airport and Miami port other then that I don't recommend this hotel

Mechanics working on multiple cars outside 3 people only 1 bed charged 10 per night for roll away bed Did not want to change my room Lock not working Bad smell in hall way Stained pillowcase on the roll away mattress that I had to pay $10 a night for and told they did not have anything else. I was given a small baby pillow since they didn’t have another pillow to replace the blood stained one. Mold in room Refrigerator was dirty Didn’t want to give me a receipt that I left
